I was looking for an activity for my son and I to share when someone suggested Spillard Karate in Hammersmith. Classes for both adults and children together are rare to find. These are immensely enjoyable, children have fun, get exercise and make new friends and so do the adults! Great instructors, classes to mirror school terms and courses at half term and holidays.
4 years later we both have a black belt and youngest son is addicted too.
